Booking Spa Packages:
When booking a Spa Package appointment our spa coordinator will contact you to confirm your appointment.Always try to book at lease 2 to 3 weeks in advance because your selected date and time might not be available.....
Cancellation Policie for Spa Services:
A 24 hour notice is required to cancel an appointment.Failure to show for an appointment will result in 100% charge for a reserved service.
Changes in services made less than 24 hours in advance or due to lateness will be charged for the amount of the original service.You will have 60 days to reschedule,for the same service.
Gift Certificates:
Gift certificates the perfect gift! Customize your gift or choose from our spa package collection.Gift Certificates are not redeemable for cash. Gift certificates expire one year from date of purchase.
Refunds:
Gift certificates and services are non-refundable.
Personal Belongings:
Primp and Prime Hair Studio and our staff are not held responsible or liable for any damage to or loss of personal belongings.Please do not bring valuables to your appointment.
