Primp and Prime Policies

We have developed these policies with you in mind.Please help us service you better by following.We are all about order and do our best not to over book our clients.We want to make sure that we are respectful of all our guest time so we ask that you help by following Salon Policies! Thank you in advance!

Cancellations and No-Show for Hair Menu Service

*Please give24 hoursor more notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Failure to do so will result in a fee of $25 added to your next bill. Booking a same day appointment or booking less than 24 hours in advance & canceling your appointment is not an exception to this rule.

*Due to limited seating, please do not bring any additional persons including children to the appointment with you unless they are being serviced.

*If you are going to be more than 15 to 20 mins. late, please call us to make sure we can still take you.

Personal Belongings

  • Primp and Prime Salon and our staff shall not be held responsible or liable for any damage to or loss of personal belongings.
  • Please do not bring valuables to your appointment.
  • When receiving color treatments,please do not wear anything that you mind getting color, we try our best to protect your clothing.

Our Atmosphere

As we try to create a relaxing quiet atmosphere for you and other guest we ask that we speake quietly in the salon.We ask that your cell phones are on vibrate or volume turn down low.When listing to your own music or tv we ask that you use ear phones.

Food

Please do not bring food to the salon.Please eat before or after your appointment.Bringing a small snack that can fit in your purse for medical reasons is acceptable.

We offer refreshments most of the time!
